要防小人，首先要学会识别小人，概括起来说，小人有以下几个基本特点：

1、利益至上，为达到目的不择手段，踩着别人肩膀上的人。 2、阴奉阳违，笑里藏刀，善于挑拨离间，善于暗算的人。 3、心眼多，心机重，喜欢搬弄是非的人。 4、心胸狭窄，虚荣心强、报复心强的人。 5、溜须拍马，阿谀奉承的人
